Senior Demand Planner – FMCG

Derbyshire – 4 days in office, 1 WFH

£45-55k DOE + Bonus

Do you have extensive experience in S&OP and demand planning? Would you be interested in applying your skills on a global scale?

I’m delighted to be supporting a global FMCG business based in Derbyshire to recruit a Senior Demand Planner. Working for a tight-knit team within a larger supply chain function, you’ll be pivotal in spearheading S&OP improvements and owning the Demand Review cycle across multiple countries.

Predominately you’ll be based onsite, but you’ll have the option to work from home once per week.

Day to day responsibilities include:

• Leading the Demand Review cycle for multiple European countries
• Generate and analyse monthly forecasts and identifying key trends, risks and opportunities
• Strategic communication across the business, acting as a key figure to commercial teams
• Compile and review weekly/monthly reports for demand KPI analysis
• Inventory management across Europe

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Demand Planner or Manager
• Strong analytical capabilities including Advanced MS Excel
• Communication and relationship building skills
• Good presentation skills, being clear and concise
