VP of Sales - EMEA- Remote with occasional office visitAn exciting opportunity to join a well-established global hospitality tech company and play a key role in driving business growth within the EMEA region. As the VP of Sales, you will lead the regional sales team and contribute to the company's overall strategy.VP of Sales - EMEA-Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a regional sales team of seven, holding team members to high standards of excellence and accountability
  • Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to the enhance team performance
  • Expand the business presence in the region by securing new clients and by building long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Collaborate with cross- functional teams, with product management for increased product knowledge, with marketing team to ensure alignment with sales strategies, and operations, finance and legal to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders in marketing and revenue to develop and implement the business strategy including sales forecasting
  • Report, track and analyse sales team KPI's within the region
  • Contribute to the overall company strategy and direction from a sales perspective

VP of Sales - EMEA -Responsibilities Skills Required

  • Experience in similar role within hospitality tech
  • Extensive knowledge of sales strategies and experience managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong relationship-building capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel 30% of the time
