Macildowie is looking for a Warehouse & Sales Administrator to join a well-established company in Derbyshire. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a varied position, handling everything from sales orders and customer enquiries to warehouse management and stock control.

This is a permanent, full-time position.

Salary: £25,400

Please note, due to the nature of the role you MUSTbe physically capable.

KEY REPSONSIBILTIES:

  • Process sales orders on the ERP system, prepare orders for dispatch, and raise invoices
  • Liaise with customers regarding stock availability, pricing, and delivery requirements
  • Manage customer returns efficiently
  • Process purchase orders, receive goods into the warehouse, and maintain accurate stock records
  • Keep the warehouse organised and conduct periodic stock checks
  • Assist in maintaining ERP and B2B systems
  • Support sales, marketing, and social media activities
  • Attend the annual Outdoor Trade Show
  • Carry out additional administrative duties as required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly with Excel
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptable and able to handle multiple responsibilities
  • Previous experience in purchasing, retail, sales, administration, or warehousing is beneficial (training provided)
  • A passion for the outdoors!
