- Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Provide expert advice on health and safety legislation and compliance.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and compile detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
- Deliver training to employees and management, ensuring health and safety awareness across the business.
- Monitor and review health and safety practices, driving continual improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- NEBOSH Qualification (essential).
- Proven experience in a health and safety role, ideally within a similar environment.
- Strong working knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A hands-on, detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
