  • Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures.

  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and compile detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Deliver training to employees and management, ensuring health and safety awareness across the business.
  • Monitor and review health and safety practices, driving continual improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • NEBOSH Qualification (essential).
  • Proven experience in a health and safety role, ideally within a similar environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A hands-on, detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
