Our client is seeking a strategic Regional Head of HR to lead a dynamic project. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and develop a team of HRBPs, providing proactive, commercially-focused HR solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of an Employee Relations framework, managing large scale TUPE transfer this role is perfect for a strong stakeholder management and experience working with Trade Unions

What you'll do:

As the Regional Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's HR strategy. You will be responsible for developing a team of HR Business Partners, guiding them to become trusted business partners within their respective areas. Your role will involve leading the development and implementation of an Employee Relations framework, managing complex TUPE transfers, and representing the organisation in negotiations with employee and Union Representatives. You will also work closely with senior managers to identify their strategic needs, supporting the development of a positive culture across all levels of the business.

* Develop close working relationships with management teams to provide proactive, commercially-focused HR solutions

* Lead the development and implementation of an ER framework for all key ER activities

* Mentor and guide HR Business Partners to help them develop their remit

* Build, implement and sustain a data-informed Employee Relations strategy whilst ensuring legal and regulatory compliance

* Represent the organisation in contract negotiations, meetings, and negotiations with employee and Union Representatives

* Take the strategic lead on shaping the HR Business Partner service

* Work closely with senior managers to identify and meet their wider people and strategic needs

* Support the embedding and development of a positive and progressive culture at all levels across the business partnering function

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Regional Head of HR role will bring proven experience as a strategic HR Leader. You will have strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with Trade Unions. Your ability to shape and lead a team of HR Business Partners will be crucial in this role, as will your experience managing large scale TUPE transfers. You will also have a deep understanding of ER frameworks and activities, with the ability to mentor and guide others.
