HR Advisor

Derbyshire£30,000 + benefits

Eaton Syalon are working with a dynamic high growth SME to hire a HR Advisor in to their team. If you are a strong HR Coordinator with a passion for people, HR, and delivering excellence, this role will allow you to develop your skills across the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and organised HR support including ownership of Employee Relations case work and support with disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Manage the onboarding and leavers process, including final pay and holiday calculations, issuing letters, and exit interviews.
  • Support HR team with ad hoc HR projects.
  • Maintain HR system, ensuring accurate data and compliance with right-to-work checks.
  • Oversee the administration of company benefits
  • Assist with recruitment campaigns, including drafting adverts, job advertising, application monitoring, and candidate liaison.

We are keen to attract a talented HR Coordinator level candidate looking for their first HR advisor role. If you are CIPD level 3 qualified this would be great, however experience within a busy, generalist HR setting is most important. You have exceptional attention to detail and enjoy building working relationships with key stakeholders. You will need to be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
