My client is looking to add an experienced and driven generalist HR Advisor, to join their friendly and established HR team in Derbyshire. This is a great opportunity for exposure and personal and professional growth.
Our client is looking to ideally attract CIPD Level 5 qualified candidates who have proven track records of working at advisor level as well as leading on ER casework. A UK driving license is essential.
They offer 25 days holiday per year (plus 8 bank holidays), you will get membership of their personal pension scheme, as well as Private Medical insurance scheme.
Duties of the Role:
- Provide day to day HR advice across the business
- Support and coach managers through ER cases (really important due to supporting new to the role managers)
- Manage absence and wellbeing by supporting individuals case by case
- Support managers on performance of their team
- Manage RTW/VISA applications
- Support with recruitment
- Support the wider team with L&D
- Assisting/leading on ad hoc projects
