Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of employee relations, recruitment etc.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people strategy and workforce planning.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and best practices, maintaining a high standard of ethical and inclusive practices.
  • Support wider HR team with people projects

Profile

  • Proven experience in a strategic HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is required
