The HR Lead must have a strong employment law background and experience of handling complex ER cases, exceptional foresight, solid business acumen, and be passionate about identifying and developing Talent across the entire business.THE ROLECreating and implementing strategies to enable a values driven workplace culture working as an inspirational leader to inspire and drive positive change.Supporting the business abroad in developing a more business operation model to become a more divisional (matrix driven) organisation.Develop and oversee the group wide Talent development Ensure the HR group policies and procedures are legally compliant, lead on complex ER issues, and engage in structured coaching for senior leaders and stakeholders to lead on HR matters.Act as the point of contact for group HR matters and when necessary, work with the Comps and Bens lead to suggest and implement change to attract and retain best Talent.
