The Role and Company

This is a newly created position reporting into the board of Directors for a well established and reputable housing association based in the Midlands.

The Digital Transformation Programme Lead you will play the key role in leading the continued development and execution of the IT transformation strategy which aims to improve efficiency, service delivery, data excellence and improve customer and stakeholder's expectations.

The role can be primarily remote based however occasional travel to the Midlands head office will be required.

The Person

I am looking for a Programme Manager / Programme Lead with significant experience managing digital transformation to spearhead the continued development and integration of internal applications specifically D365 and CRM.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a new team from scratch so must be a strong people manager and leader whilst also being comfortable being hands-on where required. A technical background is preferred but not essential.

It is absolutely essential to have proven experience and a strong track record in a similar role within the housing sector. If you do not possess this experience then unfortunately your application will not be considered.
