  • Measure & Improve Performance: Use KPIs to drive team performance and push for technical excellence at every level.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Technically Proficient Leader: You thrive on solving technical challenges and guiding your team through complex projects.
  • Effective Communicator: You can explain complex technical solutions to both IT and non-IT stakeholders.
  • Experienced Implementer: Proven track record of delivering new technologies and optimizing technical processes.
  • Hands-On Manager: You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty, whether it's troubleshooting a server issue or configuring network infrastructure.
  • Innovator: Constantly seeking the latest technical advancements to improve systems and operations.
