Key Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with the technical team to continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with BRC and customer standards.
-Manage, train, and develop the Quality team to achieve operational excellence.
-Drive quality standards across the factory, maintaining a culture of high performance and compliance.
-Implement and deliver training across the factory floor to support best practices.
-Report directly to the Technical Manager and play a key role in the site's quality strategy.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in a similar Quality Manager role within the food industry.
-Expertise in BRC standards and working with retailers.
-Strong understanding of HACCP and its application in a manufacturing environment.
-Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead your team.
-A degree in Food Science or a relevant field.
Salary - 35,000-40,000 (Dependent on Experience)
