We're recruiting for a Legal Counsel to join a leading UK brand with a strong presence across the UK and Europe. The Role:

As Legal Counsel, you will be a key legal advisor within the business, providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal support. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across a variety of functions, advising on a wide range of matters, including:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, and technology agreements
  • Supporting business operations by identifying legal risks and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Assisting with strategic projects where required

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE. Please note: we welcome applications from qualified Solicitors who can demonstrate prior experience in drafting commercial agreements before qualification
  • Strong experience in commercial law and contract negotiation
  • Ability to build strong relationships and provide clear, pragmatic advice to stakeholders
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
