Description
The Private Client Locum will be:- Managing a caseload of wills, probate, and some trusts matters.
- Advising clients on estate administration and succession planning.
- Handling complex estates with minimal supervision.
- Working remotely with paralegal support to assist with administrative tasks.
Profile
The Private Client Locum should be:- A qualified Solicitor with extensive private client experience.
- Able to hit the ground running with minimal training.
- Confident in handling a broad range of private client matters independently.
