Role Responsibilities:
Oversee service delivery to customers, ensuring the highest standards are consistently achieved.
Manage a regional and national portfolio, maintaining robust relationships across our clients network.
Motivate and drive the service provider network within your region to meet and exceed targets.
Conduct regular fleet audits to guarantee customers receive top-tier service and that service providers adhere to company policies and procedures.
Hold regular meetings with both customers and service providers to report on KPIs and address any issues.
Manage the expectations and uphold the reputation of our client through exceptional service and communication.
Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experience in the tyre industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of its dynamics and challenges.
Strong customer rapport and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in IT, enabling efficient remote work and data management.
A professional demeanour, capable of representing the company with integrity and confidence.
Self-motivated and driven, with a track record of achieving goals and targets.
Ability to travel regionally with occasional national commitments.
