Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and review product and customer specifications through various online specification and technical portals, ensuring all account-specific requirements are met.
* Collaborate with major UK retailer platforms to ensure the delivery of high-quality specifications, adhering to retailer policies and standards.
* Manage product launch processes, including coordination of artwork and ensuring all timelines align to meet scheduled launch dates.
* Experienced in handling multicomponent products.
* Complete internal specification and raw materials documents, ensuring commercial security and compliance.
* Efficiently complete customer submission forms, questionnaires, and technical requests, meeting agreed deadlines and requirements.
* Contribute to the smooth operation of the Quality Management System by performing internal audits to ensure its effectiveness and compliance.
