I am recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Cash Allocation Manager based in Derby. This is a critical role responsible for overseeing, managing, and coordinating all cash allocation operations within the organisation.

Description
- Manage and oversee all cash allocation operations.
- Support with allocation queries
- Ensure statements are downloaded daily
- Support with the Period End ensuring all cash is posted to the correct resident accounts.
- Ensure that all Direct Debits, refunds, receipts and payments are posted and allocated.
- Support audit requirements, providing information and examples where requested.
- Ensuring the credit card line has sufficient cover.
- Monitor the Cash Allocation inbox's regularly and ensure all questions and queries are resolved in line with the agreed SLA
Profile
A successful Cash Allocation Manager should:
- Have experience working in a similar role
- Be a strong people leader and experienced at coaching and developing teams
- Have strong technical accounting knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A detail-oriented and proactive approach to work.
- Be immediately available or available on short notice
