We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Team Leader with a strong background in electronics assembly and possess excellent leadership abilities to join our clients facility in Derbyshire.Key Responsibilities of the Production Team Leader include:
- Supervise and lead a team of production workers in the electronics assembly department
- Ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor and improve production processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues promptly
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
