A client of mine, a Housing Association based in the East Midlands, is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them for an initial 6 month contract.
This role will see you working within the Responsive Repairs team and will require a thorough understanding and experience with NHF SOR.
About the Role
The role will see you take on a varied case load of work including responsive repairs, planned works and in particular working with NHF SOR's. You will be required on site around 3 days a week to check on quality of works and check on costing, you will be able to work from home at least a couple of days a week.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Quantity Surveying, at least 3 recent years experience of NHF SOR and experience working for a Housing Association.
