Role Overview
As an Experienced Education Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the education sector by sourcing top talent for schools, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth. This role is ideal for someone experienced in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively engage with schools to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Candidate Sourcing & Management: Identify, screen, and place high-quality teaching and support staff in roles across the UK
- Relationship Building: Develop long-term partnerships with schools and education professionals
- Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including interviews, placements, and compliance
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed performance targets
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment (education sector preferred but not essential)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a busy, target-driven environment
- Passion for education and making a positive impact on schools and students
