Your Role: As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Education sector, you will:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and personal success.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments and legislation to ensure sector awareness and fully compliant
