Grounds Maintenance Operative

Grounds Maintenance Operatives required to work with leading housing association based in Matlock and surrounding region.

I am looking for an experienced grounds maintenance operatives/ commercial gardeners to work with the maintenance team of a housing association.

Work will include domestic property grounds maintenance, such as grass cutting, lawn mowing, hedge strimming, pruning, litter removal. Use of mechanical horticultural/ gardening equipment.

This will be a long running temporary contract covering long term sickness with the potential to go onto a permanent contact.

Depot is based in Matlock so will need to be able to get into Matlock each morning.

Job role: Ground Maintenance Operative - Grass Cutting, Lawn Mowing, Hedge Strimming, Pruning etc.

Pay rate: 13.50per hour (Paid Weekly)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping or a manual role
• UK Driving License (Ideal but not essential)
• Able to safely use mechanical horticultural and grounds maintenance machinery
