Job Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers in delivering lessons to students, providing support with classroom activities.
• Offer one-on-one and small group support to students, ensuring their academic progress.
• Foster positive relationships with students to encourage their social and emotional growth.
• Support the delivery of tailored learning plans for students who need extra assistance.
• Help create an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote student well-being and success.

Requirements:
• Experience working in a school setting or with secondary-aged students.
• Understanding of various teaching methods and approaches to supporting students.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
• SEN experience is an advantage
• UK Driving License and Business Insurance.
