As a Residential Support Worker, you will be supporting children in day-to-day activities, managing challenging situations with patience and understanding, and contributing to their overall well-being in a residential setting.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Residential Support Worker, Support Worker, Childcare Worker, Care Worker or in a similar role.
  • Ideally have 1 year of experience in residential childcare.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People would be preferred.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Right to work in the UK.
