Senior Practitioner - Fostering charity

Salary up to £42,000 + allowances

NonStop Social Care is currently working with a highly regarded fostering charity in Derbyshire. I am looking for a senior practitioner to join their team remotely. The IFA supports a hybrid model of working with lots of flexibility to work from home.

The Fostering charity is a Good Ofsted provider and has a focus to offer therapeutic fostering placements. You will benefit of Robust Induction, Supportive Management Team, Monthly Reflective Supervisions, regular learning and reflective opportunities with the Social Work team.

They are also supporters of work-life balance of employees and they have a whole well-being programme designed for this.

Responsibilities

The senior practitioner will be working remotely and visit foster carers and families when required. Their office is in Derby and foster carers will be in the Midlands area.

Small caseload spread out between the whole team, supportive team.

Depending on your experience, a senior practitioner will be considered.

This is a not for profit organisation which means they have great values and reinvest the surplus profit into the services.
