NonStop's client, based in the East Midlands, is looking for a new Team Manager to join their non-profit fostering organisation on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the practice and development of foster families, supervising social workers, and direct staff in the Midlands region.
- Manage staff supervision, case decisions, reporting, and contribute to strategy and policy reviews.
- Build stakeholder relationships and manage team dynamics.
Requirements:
- Experienced Senior Social Worker and above
- Experience working within a therapeutic fostering agency
- Driver
- Registered with Social Work England
