- Research and develop innovative new tour product, meeting standards and reaching commercial targets
- Stakeholder engagement & working closely with the Marketing team
- Concept creation, Q&A, Tour Product creation & changes and supplier relation's management
- Full responsibility for owning the tour strategy for the Specialist travel product areaÂ
- Ownership of P&L & business KPI's for Specialist travel products
- Previous Product Manager experience in travel & tours IdeallyÂ
- Strong Negotiation, and inter-personal skills
- Strong Commercial acumen
- Strong relationships with the travel market
