Salary: 38,000
Location: Gloucester
Tenancy Sustainment & Lettings Team Lead responsibilities:
- Line manager responsibilities for a team of 5 Tenancy Sustainment Advisors and 3 Letting agents
- A sound knowledge and understanding of managing teams
- Effective people and workload management
- strong understanding of data and performance reporting and analysis
Tenancy Sustainment & Lettings Team Lead requirements:
- Proven experience of successfully leading, motivating and developing successful teams
- Desirable experience of the Social Housing Sector and delivery of core housing management services together with a focus on continuous service improvement
- Experience of using insight reports and/or interrogate systems to understand data and insight, and develop corresponding service improvement plans
- Experience of dealing with customers sensitively in challenging situations
