Location: Hook

Job type: 6 month contract

Rate: £13.73 per hour PAYE

Hours: Monday-Wednesday 15:45pm-02:00am, Thursday 15:45pm- 12:30am

Initial Training will be completed on day shifts Monday-Thursday 07:00-15:30, Friday 07:00-12:30 -£11.44per hour

We are seeking a Trainee Production Operative to join our dynamic and growing team. Key Responsibilities for this trainee Production Operative role:

Assist with the assembly of products and components in a fast-paced production environment.

Operate machinery and equipment under supervision, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Follow instructions and procedures to ensure high-quality production output.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet health and safety regulations.

Learn and develop new skills on the job with the support of experienced colleagues.

Skills & Requirements for this Trainee Production Operative role:

A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an advantage, but not essential.
