Continuous Improvement Project Engineer

ARM are supporting an automotive client to recruit a Project Engineer to work on a contract basis in Sussex.

Hybrid working is available - 2 days required on-site.

You will work as part of a wider team, as well as cross-functionally to support a number of key projects from vision to delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a wider team, as well as cross-functionally to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Lead sprint projects from vision to delivery, focusing on organisation efficiency.
  • Coordinate Quality management audits, ideally a background in ISO9001.
  • Working on future strategy and deployment of strategy, taking into consideration budget, corporate social responsibility etc.

The Person

  • Strong communicator, who can happily present to a range of stakeholders.
  • Professional experience in the automotive or similar industries.
  • Must be familiar with 'operation excellence methods'.

Education

  • University degree in Engineering or Business Management/ Improvement.
