Are you looking for a new HR Advisor role? Our extremely prestigious client based in Goodwood, Chichester are looking for a HR Advisor (Rewards & Benefits) to join their growing team in their large global manufacturing plant. This role is an on-going long term temporary role for approx. 12 months (revised annually).

As HR Advisor you will:

  • Develop processes and information on HR metrics and work alongside the Reporting & Reward Team
  • Have a high level of responsibility for developing quantitative and qualitative insight in business wide HR reporting, through analytics and maintaining data integrity
  • Maintain HR master data report on working structures and overall headcount
  • Develop and implementf HR data reporting & analytics with multiple HR & IT stakeholders
  • Support delivery of the annual pay & bonus review process
  • Assess working structures and job grading
  • Support business change projects aligned to the business and HR strategies, relating to reward, culture, leadership development and recognition
  • Support quality management and process development of the complete HR department
  • Supporting the HR department with the purchasing process and other associated administration

The HR Advisor will have:

  • Proven experience in a HR Reporting function, ideally including working alongside management and cross functional business partners with a focus on data integrity
  • Operational HR experience would be desirable, with understanding on a variety of HR methods and solutions to support business change and improve business performance
  • SAP HR user experience
  • Advanced MS Office, particularly with MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros and VBA coding) and MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to create and manage SharePoint pages and workflows (desirable)
  • Good understanding of other data reporting software including Power BI would be advantageous
  • An awareness of project management and deployment methodologies e.g. PDCA / Prince2
  • Experience in web based intranet modification would be advantageous
