Senior Site Engineer
Heavy Civils/Highways
Location: Dover
Salary: Up to 拢48,000 + Benefits
Are you an experienced Site Engineer looking to step up and make an impact on heavy civils and highways projects? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company, working on challenging and rewarding projects in Dover and the surrounding areas.

What You'll Be Doing:
路Take full ownership of setting out duties on-site with minimal supervision.
路Train and support Junior Engineers, helping to develop their skills and confidence.
路Oversee site testing requirements and maintain thorough records to meet project specifications.
路Prepare and implement risk assessments and method statements to ensure site safety.
路Manage service plans and drawings, issuing permits when needed.
路Assist the QS and Project Manager with key documentation for records and claims.
路Ensure all temporary works are planned and controlled effectively.
路Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
路Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and environmental practices.

What We're Looking For:
路A full UK driving licence (essential).
路Previous experience in heavy civils and highways is a big plus.
路First Aid at Work qualification (preferred but not essential).
