Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch technical and administrative support to the Practice Manager
  • Handle client queries with effective communication
  • Prepare and manage compliance documentation, research, and supporting files
  • Ensure all client identification and application forms are complete
  • Accurately process and record management information
  • Coordinate with product providers, advisers, clients, and third parties to ensure timely case completion
