- Managing residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages.
- Drafting legal documents, including missives, dispositions, and securities.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
- Conducting property searches and handling Land Register applications.
- Preparing documentation for settlement and ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Managing case files and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Providing administrative support to the property team as needed.
- Client liaison, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
- Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Scottish property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
