Role Responsibilities
  • Preparing accounts and supporting documentation for healthcare sector clients, including GPs and other medical professionals
  • Using cloud-based and specialist systems including Xero, CCH, and Pertax
  • Assisting with personal tax returns and pension (superannuation) calculations
  • Supporting client managers and partners in day-to-day client work
  • Responding to client queries in a timely, professional manner
  • Prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlines and targets

Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in accounts preparation within a practice setting
  • Familiarity with Xero and Excel (advanced Excel skills desirable)
  • Experience with healthcare clients is a plus, but not essential
  • A proactive, organised mindset and strong communication skills
  • Working towards or already part-qualified (e.g. AAT, ACCA, ACA)
