Stock & Admin Supervisor - Ayr  - £28,100p.a. + benefits. Required to assist the stock & admin manager to develop a high performing team, increase customer satisfaction and drive down stock loss costs.The Role

We are hiring stock and admin supervisor to assist in the accountability for all inventory and admin controls across the DC and Cross Docks sites. 

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexible working hours between 7am and 5.30pm

Your role will involve:

• Assist in the accountability for all inventory and admin controls across the DC and Cross Docks sites & help with analysis of product damages and stock loss, offer solutions to drive down stock loss cost and damage.• Aid the Stock and Admin Manager in ensuring that the team accountabilities and engagement day-by-day, plan for future development in line with strategic objectives.• Partake in coordinating regular perpetual inventory audits, investigations, and corrective action.• Ensure stock visibility accuracy across the site and cross dock sites, assisting in updating management reports, presenting to the senior team on opportunities for improvement when the Stock and Admin Manager is not available.• Ensuring that the Delivery Admin Team (FPT) for the Network are working to ensure all customers have received a positive delivery experience.• Manage incoming customer phone calls during busy periods.• Working Closely with the Administration Team for the North.• Assist to Lead, motivate and inspire the team daily, developing a culture of open and continuous communication while delivering exceptional standards across the site and promoting a right first time standard.• Use key data reports and information to seek improvement opportunities, therefore assisting to drive efficiencies within the operation

The Skills

  • Previous supervisory experience would be advantageous 
  • Previous experience in a similar stock control role is essential
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages, in particular, Excel documents
