Desktop Support Officer - Ayr - Contract

Lorien's Public Sector client are currently recruiting for a Desktop Support Officer to join on a contract basis, inside of IR35.

The successful candidate will have the following skills/knowledge:

  • Working with both admin and clinical staff to co-ordinate delivery of IT equipment
  • Driving van to various site locations with IT equipment
  • Surveying clinical venues to test networks to highlight any potential issues
  • Monitor stock of iPad equipment which includes updating, cleaning and rotation
  • Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to staff
  • Adding BitLocker encryption to laptop devices
  • Supporting other areas within the department
  • Full UK Driving Licence
