Are you a driven Manufacturing Engineer with a passion for process improvement and innovation? We're looking for an experienced professional to join a leading tier-1 automotive supplier, supporting cutting-edge manufacturing operations.

About the Role:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll play a key role in optimizing production processes, implementing new equipment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
  • Oversee the implementation of new equipment and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  •  Support new product introductions and production engineering activities.
  •  Troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring robust problem-solving and corrective actions.
  •  Provide training and mentoring to production teams.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to enhance operations.


What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Production, Mechanical, or Electrical) OR 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong background in automotive/off-highway manufacturing and new product development.
  • Hands-on experience with FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, 8D, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, PLC programming, and manufacturing process flow (desirable).
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
