Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegate & Supervise: Organize daily work schedules and delegate tasks to ensure the individual needs of residents are met.
  • Health Monitoring: Monitor the health, safety, and welfare of residents, reporting any concerns and taking appropriate action.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the care team, communicating effectively with staff, seniors, and management.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of care are delivered and monitor performance accordingly.
  • Support & Induction: Assist GP and other professionals, induct new staff, and act as a key worker following support plans.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Follow Policies and procedures, CQC Regulations, and accurately record information, including accident reporting and medication administration.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a senior care role is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • A valid driving license and access to a car is required due to the location.
  • Medication Administration essential
