Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and enhance safeguarding and behaviour practices in line with CQC, Ofsted, and statutory guidelines.
  • Oversee the daily execution of safeguarding, behaviour, pastoral, and wellbeing policies.
  • Provide data to the Senior Leadership Team and Governors.
  • Deliver safeguarding and behaviour training for staff through CPD initiatives.
  • Support the school business manager with audits and compliance reports.
  • Collaborate with parents/carers, staff, and external agencies on intervention strategies.
  • Assist Service Leads in the strategic development of behaviour, pastoral care, and wellbeing policies.

What We're Looking For:

  • DSL Training Level 3 or above
  • Experience as a DSL or in a similar role
