Simple Recruitment are delighted to be working with a longstanding client, based in Melksham, who are looking for an Account Handler to join their team on a permanent basis.

What will you be doing?
Our client is a well-established visual communications organisation, committed to providing a high standard of service delivery and customer care. The Account Handler will act as a main point of contact for a range of market-leading retail accounts, responding to and managing a range of enquiries.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the team with managing retail promotions
  • Raising estimates and booking in work with the production team
  • Proof-reading and checking files before they go to print
  • Taking written and verbal briefs from customers
  • Working collaboratively with internal departments, including the design studio, to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Building and developing strong relationships with customers and ensuring a high standard of customer care is maintained
  • Further duties as required
  • Owing to location, own transport is essential

Who are we looking for?
As Account Handler, you will have previous experience in account management and customer service. You will possess strong communication, organisation and time management skills. You will be able to manage client requested effectively and escalate requirements as needed. This will along include balance multiple account management projects, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Salary:
Dependant on Experience

Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (37.5 hours per week)
