We are so excited to be working with a charming 2 Rosette restaurant located in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside. They are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join their team in creating a variety of award-winning dishes that celebrate the seasons.

- £37,000 per annum plus gratuities on top
- Working 48 hours per week, straight shifts
- Cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Working closely alongside an excellent Head Chef
Responsibilities as the Sous Chef
- Creating a selection of stunning, seasonal dishes
- Working effectively as part of a team to ensure consistently high-quality dishes
- Going above and beyond to perfect culinary skills and techniques
- Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to the junior chefs in the brigade
- Making the most of the restaurants access to freshly picked ingredients
As the Sous Chef, you will have access to a variety of fresh, seasonal produce that has been grown in the restaurants spectacular kitchen garden and sourced from the very best local suppliers. Therefore, this is a wonderful opportunity to create a wide array of dishes from delicious breakfasts, light lunches, intimate dinners and afternoon tea treats.
