Juice is excited to partner with a leading designer, importer, and wholesaler of iconic brands. We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join their team in Melksham. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse customer base and a variety of well-known brands.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade customers through regular calls, emails, and Zoom/Teams.
  • Keeping customers updated on new product releases and stock availability, and encouraging additional orders.
  • Proactively researching and identifying potential new leads through online resources and social media.
  • Using the CRM system to record calls, follow-ups, and manage tasks, keeping all records accurate and current.
  • Assisting with sales order processing and ensuring smooth order delivery in collaboration with Customer Services.
  • Presenting new products effectively and aligning with seasonal launches and buying schedules.
  • Staying informed about market trends and competitors to keep the company competitive.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, with a proven ability to meet targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Zoho, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including spreadsheets and CRM systems.
  • Experience with Zoom or Teams for presentations.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

  • Competitive salary of £23k-£25k depending on experience.
