Are you an experienced sales professional with a knack for building and nurturing B2B relationships? Are you ready to take the next step in your career by managing key accounts with some of the most recognised household brands and retailers?

Juice is thrilled to partner with an award-winning company renowned for supplying branded products to both independent and major retailers. Our client is seeking a motivated and dynamic Key Account Manager to join their team in Melksham.

As a Key Account Manager, you'll work closely with the Sales Manager, taking charge of a portfolio of existing core, key, and specialist accounts across the UK. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and growing these relationships, while also identifying opportunities to maximise sales through upselling and cross-selling.

This role offers flexible working arrangements, accommodating both part-time and full-time hours.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key account buyers, ensuring they are informed about new product launches and stock availability.
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximise sales.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of key accounts, including processing orders and ensuring timely dispatch, in coordination with Operations and Customer Services.
  • Presenting new products aligned with seasonal launches and buying schedules.
  • Keeping the CRM system updated with accurate and current account information.
  • Being the first point of contact for assigned leads, driving relationships to convert them into active accounts.
  • Attending trade shows with the sales team and staying aware of market trends and competitors.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and CRM systems.
  • A target-driven, self-motivated attitude with a strong can-do approach.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Confidence in presenting products to buyers via Teams/Zoom.
  • A strong awareness of market trends and competitors.
