CMD Recruitment is proud to be supporting this global business that is a market leader in their field-now seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join their established team, where you will be responsible for nurturing existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and exceeding sales targets.

The role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account buyers
  • Identify and capitalise on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Manage order processing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Liaise with operations and customer service teams for seamless account management
  • Confidently present new products and collections to buyers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscapes
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company targets

About you:

  • Previous experience in key account management within the consumer goods industry is essential
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working independently
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A target-driven and self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and CRM systems

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week). This job is 100% office based.
