We are a leading provider of high-quality residential care for children and young people. As a part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and compassionate manager to oversee our OFSTED regulated residential home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the residential home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with OFSTED regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of dedicated staff, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring the physical, emotional, and educational needs of each child are met.
  • Maintain effective communication with external agencies, families, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the home is a safe and welcoming environment, promoting the wellbeing and development of all residents.

What we're looking for from you:

  • Your experience: You have a minimum of 2 years' experience of managing an Ofsted home that carries a rating of good or above.
  • Your competence: You hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children's and Young People's Workforce or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification in Children and Young People's Services.
  • Your focus: You pay attention to detail and never compromise on quality because you know that focusing on the success of small things can add up to have a really big positive impact.
  • Your commitment: You're passionate that children and young people should have equal opportunities, a voice that should be heard and they should be enabled to create their own bright futures.
