Job Title: Site Foreman
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee site activities and assist the Site Supervisor in ensuring all operations meet health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. The role includes coordinating materials and ensuring compliance with MES and National Grid policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
路Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
路Support the Site Supervisor in maintaining compliance with programme schedules, quality standards, and documentation procedures.
路Coordinate materials in line with MES and National Grid's policies and procedures.
路Monitor and ensure adherence to site procedures and standards across all activities.
路Proactively identify and address any issues to maintain project progress and compliance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
路SSSTS Site Supervisor Qualification (required).
路National Grid Competent Person authorization (required).
路Minimum of CSCS/CPCS certification.
路Completed 2-day HSG 47 training.
路3-day First Aid certification.
路Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and motivate site teams.
路Experience in maintaining high safety and quality standards in a construction or engineering environment.
