We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Melksham.You will be a key member of the team working closely with the Customer Service Manager ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to independent and larger customers, and orders are processed efficiently.
DAY TO DAY:
- Order processing and management for the UK and US customers.
- Supporting the sales team with key accounts.
- Being point of contact via the telephone and maintain key email accounts.
- Maintaining and communicating forecast information internally.
- Booking deliveries with customers via phone, email, portals and the website.
- Processing customer credits and replacements.
- Handling customer issues and escalating complaints when required.
- Working with the warehouse team to ensure orders are despatched within SLAs.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Professional and personable communicator.
- Confident in all Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel.
- Fantastic attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to multitask and prioritise.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable.
- Experience in SAGE 200 or similar would be advantageous.
