Are you looking for your next Customer Service / Administration opportunity? Do you want to work with some of the most recognised household brands and make a significant impact in a thriving company?Juice is excited to partner with a leading designer, importer, and wholesaler of iconic brands. We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Melksham.You will be a key member of the team working closely with the Customer Service Manager ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to independent and larger customers, and orders are processed efficiently.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Order processing and management for the UK and US customers.
  • Supporting the sales team with key accounts.
  • Being point of contact via the telephone and maintain key email accounts.
  • Maintaining and communicating forecast information internally.
  • Booking deliveries with customers via phone, email, portals and the website.
  • Processing customer credits and replacements.
  • Handling customer issues and escalating complaints when required.
  • Working with the warehouse team to ensure orders are despatched within SLAs.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Professional and personable communicator.
  • Confident in all Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel.
  • Fantastic attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to multitask and prioritise.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable.
  • Experience in SAGE 200 or similar would be advantageous.
