In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and confidently talking about the range of product offerings to suit the clients' needs.Due to its location, you will need a driving license and access to a car.DAY TO DAY:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to address enquiries and provide support.
  • Offer detailed information on services/solutions, guiding customers through their decision-making process.
  • Process orders efficiently, ensuring all customer details are accurately entered into the system.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy, aiming for resolutions that increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the product offerings to upsell where you can.
  • Collaborate with your team to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.

WHAT WE’D LOVE TO SEE:

  • Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.
  • Be a team player, and happy doing additional tasks such as cleaning.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers.
  • Proficiency in computer systems for order processing and CRM.
  • Ability to manage tasks under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • A proactive and organised approach to problem-solving and daily responsibilities.

AND FOR YOU:

  • Salary range of £23,000-£25,000 per year.
