Data Support Specialist (USA Hours) - Hybrid

About the Role

We're looking for a Data Support Specialist to join our team, working primarily during USA business hours. In this role, you'll ensure data accuracy, resolve issues, and support integration and migration processes. You'll be the go-to expert for maintaining clean, reliable data and ensuring seamless operations across global systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management & Maintenance - Ensure data integrity, monitor databases, and proactively resolve inconsistencies.
  • Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting - Provide real-time support, diagnose data-related problems, and implement long-term solutions.
  • Data Integration & Migration Support - Assist with post-live support and troubleshoot any migration-related issues.
  • USA Hours Coverage - Align working hours to support USA-based clients and internal teams.
  • Documentation & Reporting - Maintain clear records of processes, solutions, and ongoing data health reports.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in data support, database management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and other database management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
